What is the standard shipping time for orders?

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, shipping for vaporizers can take 5-10 business days and requires an adult signature upon delivery.

How does the warranty process work?

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on electronic bases. If you experience a manufacturer defect, please submit a claim through our support portal with your proof of purchase.

Can I return a product if I have already used it?

For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days.

How do I clean and maintain my device?

To maintain peak performance, we recommend cleaning your chamber with 99% ISO alcohol after every use and performing a deep soak of the glass attachment weekly.

What should I do if my device isn't charging?

Ensure you are using the official Puffco USB-C cable and power block. Try a different wall outlet and check the charging port for any debris or residue.
