Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused, sealed products purchased directly from our official website. Due to the nature of our electronic vaporizers, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team through the official Help Center to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your device with all original accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the seal integrity of your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
